  I have banked with this bank for quite some time and I personally don't recommend them especially if you are moving out of state I strongly encourage you to close all of your accounts with them. Calling to address matters I experience 30 min plus hold times without even speaking to anyone and I just end up hanging up. Their online banking is drastically outdated and not user friendly at all. Despite the name change to Fortera you are still the same old Fort Campbell credit union with the same issues. My last straw with them was when I made a payment on my credit card and when I went to use it, it was declined. I called to inquire and I was told that it was because of non payment. I quickly pulled up the statement of the card that I used to pay it to confirm that it was indeed payed and I was told that they would check into it. That was on a Friday. Two weeks later of me calling and hounding them because no one called me to give any updates, I was eventually told that it was a glitch on their end and that it will process in a couple of business days. Are you kidding me!!!!!!!

  Been a member over 30 years. They used to be a decent place to do business. NOT ANY MORE. Need help over the phone, don't bother unless you have an extra 40 minutes to wait on hold. Need a loan, don't bother unless you want to be hustled. Save your time and money and go do business with a reputable financial institution. There are too many good banks in Clarksville to waste your time with Fortera.
